Our activewear is designed to be versatile and suitable for a wide range of workouts and activities, from yoga to high-intensity training. Product descriptions include details on suitability and support levels.

3. What are Oli Grace pieces made from?

Our activewear is crafted from high-quality materials, typically a blend of polyester and spandex. This blend offers flexibility, durability, and moisture-wicking properties. Specific material details are provided on each product page.

4. How should I care for my Oli Grace pieces?

To ensure the longevity of your activewear, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product's label. Typically, machine washing in cold water and air-drying is best.

5. Can I return my Oli Grace pieces if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we want you to love your Oli Grace pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a store credit for returns. Please make sure to return the item within 14 days of purchase and ensure it is in brand new condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

6. How do I start a return?

To start a return, simply contact us at hello@oligrace.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

7. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional processing time during promotional and sale periods.

8. What are the shipping options and costs?

We offer $8 standard shipping (2-8 business days) for all orders within Australia. We also offer $10 express shipping (1-4 business days) for all orders within Australia. Orders over $150 qualify for free express shipping.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping for Oli Grace pieces. We currently only ship within Australia.

10. Can I pick up my Oli Grace pieces locally?

Yes, you can skip the shipping fees by selecting free local pickup at checkout. After placing your order, your Oli Grace drink bottle will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days at our location in Banora Point, NSW. We will notify you via email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

11. What should I do if my Oli Grace pieces arrives damaged?

If your Oli Grace piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@oligrace.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution.

12. How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@oligrace.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
